The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and assisting customers with their inquiries and requests. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for customers in person, online and over the phone. Persons with previous experience with customer relations and administrative support are preferred.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare monthly job & accounting reports
Participate in weekly meetings to ensure company is moving towards goals
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with Customer Support
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfortable speaking with vendors + suppliers
Local talent is preferred, however, we're also open to persons interested in relocating to Negril.
