Job Summary: Office/Marketing/Sales Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our dealership team.

Duties include keen book keeping and accounting skills. Introduction and application of different marketing approaches. And as a key player in our sales department, you will guide customers through their car buying journey, provide expert knowledge on vehicle options, and ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and help identify their vehicle needs.

Explain product features and financing options.

Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional manner.

Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

Proven experience in sales, preferably automotive.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Own vehicle a plus.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)

Passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Must have at least One (1) year experience in sales in a retail environment.

Trained and Certified in sales

Ability to maintain knowledge of products.

Must be able to maintain a friendly conversation at all times.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate (verbal, listening, oral) and manage well at all levels of the organization and with other team members.

Must be a multitasker with superb organizational skills.

Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.

Must have strong internal and external customerservice skills.
