• Minimum 5 CSEC Subjects including Mathematics and English
• Office Experience is an asset
• Competent with the Microsoft Suites. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (But not limited to)
• Must be able to navigate search engines
• Must be able to have proficient telephone conversations
• Must have knowledge of good customer service
