We are seeking reliable, skilled tradespeople—including Masons, Carpenters, Steel-fixers, Tilers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Painters—to join our site operations team. Candidates may specialize in a single craft or bring multi-trade experience to support high-quality residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities by Trade

Mason: Lay bricks, blocks, and stone; perform concrete finishing; apply plaster, render, and mortar according to project blueprints.

Carpenter: Build, erect, install, and repair wooden and structural frameworks (formwork, framing, cabinetry, doors, windows, and scaffolding).

Steel-Fixer: Cut, bend, position, and tie steel rebar and mesh to reinforce concrete structures according to structural engineering drawings.

Tiler: Prepare floor and wall surfaces; cut, lay, and grout ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, or vinyl tiles with precise alignment.

Electrician: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, breakers, and distribution panels while adhering to electrical safety codes.

Plumber: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, drainage, water supply systems, and sanitary fixtures; inspect systems for leaks and blockages.

Painter: Prepare internal and external surfaces (sanding, priming, patching); apply paint, varnish, stain, or protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray systems.

General Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a specific trade or relevant apprenticeship completion.

Technical Skills: Ability to read building plans, structural drawings, and technical blueprints.

Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of site safety protocols (OSHA or local workplace standards) and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in varied outdoor environments.
