As your coach, I will be here to support you every step of the way by keeping you accountable and providing you with tips and resources to help you achieve your goals. Please note, that you have to play your part by attending the meetings and completing the daily/weekly activities that we agree to. So your success greatly depends on you, but please remember, that you are not alone. I will be your supporter every step of the way. Your 30 days begin on the day of our first meeting, thereafter we will meet every seven (7) days to check your progress. The first meeting will last for a maximum of 60 minutes.
