Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business-to-Business (B2B) Services Sales Representative to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue growth. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential B2B clients and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.

• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and client interactions in the company's CRM system.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
