When I bought this phone two years ago from eBay, a spoofing software was put on the device, you can always delete it, but at your own risk.
This is very much in a sense a used phone, I have been using it for a while, but I ended up buying a different phone.
There are no cracks, but probably has light not heavy scratches on the back because of the case, the phone is unlocked to all networks nationwide (based on the Digicel lettering in the photo), and also has a good battery life, I'm including a case, and a already applied screen protector (it's not for the phone, but if it fits, it fits), it got 128 GB of storage, so other than what's in the disclaimer the phone is up and running, and ready for it's new owner oh, and it's running the latest Android OS: Android 17.
