There room is furnished and utilities included. Price quote is for 1 person, long term rental, which mean if a second person moves in the room up to 9-10k per month is added to cover their utilities. The room is not conducive for children and a background check is required and prospective renters should be able to verify ability to pay rent through paystub or back statement.
