REQUIREMENTS

1. You will need to show proof of employement and the least 2 months pay slip.

2. No pets.

3.No smoking.

4.Must be willing to pay the deposit $ 27,000 and first month rent $27,000.

5.No Children.

The rent does not include utilies such as Water/Light. Internet can be taken out by rentee or this can be shared with the expectation of paying 50%. I am looking to rent to a single female prefferably.
