Board house 5 ROOMS but some parts are old and or damaged.
MUSt take down cannot be loaded on a truck.
If bad parts are removed the house can be rebuilt into at leat 2-3 Rooms with good parts. Lots of good zincs lined inside. Very strong boards.
Can also be used for parts for a project.
