There is a vibrator on the upper mold and two vibrators on the lower mold. The machine uses pressurized springs which reduces wear. It has the advantage of fast forming, high density and high pressure. After demolding these blocks can bear the weight of one person. About 3 people are needed to operate the machine. The machines is supplied with 4inch, 6inch, and 8inch molds.
